Job Title: SC Cleared ERP Service Delivery Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with strong expertise in ERP systems for our client. In this role, you will manage the quarterly release process, coordinate across teams, and ensure seamless integration of ERP platforms.

Must have active Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Quarterly Release Cycles: Oversee the planning and execution of quarterly releases for ERP Solutions.
• Coordinate Teams & Track Progress: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and progress tracking.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure proper resource management for ERP-related projects and releases (Oracle, Workday or SAP).
• Lead Change & Functional Teams: Manage the quarterly release change and functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Provide performance reports and drive continual service improvement.
• Ensure Security Compliance: Maintain security clearance and ensure all releases comply with security standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in managing ERP release cycles (Oracle, Workday or SAP).
• Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
• Release & Project Management: Proven experience in managing release cycles and resources effectively.
