About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join our growing IT team. As an Oracle DBA, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of our enterprise Oracle databases. ️ Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle databases and related tools.

• Manage database security, backup, and recovery processes.

• Monitor database performance and implement tuning where necessary.

• Develop and maintain scripts for automation of routine tasks.

• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

• Collaborate with developers and system administrators to optimize system performance.

• Conduct database patching and support change control processes.

• Provide on-call support for production environments as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Oracle DBA (minimum 3-5 years).

• Strong knowledge of Oracle 12c/19c and RAC environments.

• Proficient in PL/SQL scripting and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with RMAN, Data Guard, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).

• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.

• Experience with database migrations and upgrades.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification is highly desirable.
