• Provide subject matter expertise on network transformations.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless infrastructure transitions.
• Guide technical decision-making across multiple phases.
• Oversee hands-on network deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure smooth execution of network replacement strategies.
• Optimize performance of live networks while transitioning.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers.

Essential Skills

• SC clearance required. Desnez clearance preferred for immediate start; other clearances require ERA exception process.
• Extensive knowledge in network transformation projects.
• Experience leading teams through complex network changes.
• Strong troubleshooting and risk mitigation skills.
• Strong experience in network engineering.
• Deep understanding of routing, switching, and firewall management.
• Ability to work within critical infrastructure environments.
