Job summary

A leading company in defence and government is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM Consultant in Salisbury. This hybrid role focuses on implementing ServiceNow solutions and ensuring robust CMDB governance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with ServiceNow, engaging stakeholders in the process, and ensuring compliance and accuracy in CMDB management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and/or ITAM.
• Strong understanding of CMDB governance and best practices.
• Ability to lead and engage stakeholders in workshops.

ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM Consultant - SC Cleared
Location: Salisbury - hybrid
Rate: £650 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months
Clearance: SC Clearance required

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and/or ServiceNow ITAM, ensuring a robust and well-governed CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and/or ITAM solutions
Lead workshops, run ITOM Discovery, analyse results, and fine-tune implementations
Ensure CMDB governance, maintaining accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and/or ITAM
Strong understanding of CMDB governance and best practices
Ability to engage stakeholders and lead workshops
