Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an IT Change Consultant in Crawley on a contract basis. The role covers adoption, user experience, communications, engagement, training and support to help colleagues embrace new ways of working.

Responsibilities include creating knowledge articles, coordinating user testing, conducting roadshows, and applying change-management best practices while engaging stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting organisational change, adoption, communications, engagement or training activities.
• Strong planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to translate complex information into accessible content.
• Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels and across internal and external teams.
• A practical, organised approach to tracking progress, risks, opportunities and feedback.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering a positive user experience.
• Proven within IT Change Management.
• SC Security Cleared.

Responsibilities

• Adoption and user experience: Create knowledge-based articles, run user testing, produce user-friendly actions and coordinate translations.
• Communications and engagement: Update interactive pages, prepare concise business updates, plan and deliver roadshows.
• Change management: Apply best practices, engage stakeholders, report progress, risks and opportunities.
• Training and go-live support: Identify and equip super users, plan drop-in sessions and connect support with testing and demonstrations.
