Job summary

Forward Role is seeking a Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join a National Security program in Gloucestershire. You will work across the full SDLC, building scalable Java/Spring Boot applications and data pipelines with big data tooling.

Active SC clearance is required; you will collaborate with software engineers, data engineers and SREs on deployment, monitoring and reliability. The role offers £45k-£50k and on-site work with occasional customer site visits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Experience creating large-scale data pipelines with Hadoop or equivalent.
• Familiar with Ansible automation and GitLab CI/CD.
• Understanding of SRE principles and production support.
