Job summary

A global IT consulting leader is seeking a Firewall Engineer to design, implement, and manage firewall solutions. Qualifications

• Active UK SC Clearance is mandatory.
• Strong background in firewall configuration, optimisation, and tuning.
• Experience in firewall migrations/replacements in multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and manage firewall solutions.
• Design and enforce firewall rules, NAT, VPNs, and access control policies.
• Monitor network traffic, logs, and respond to security incidents.
• Perform audits, apply patches/firmware updates, and ensure compliance.
• Support high availability firewall clusters.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure security and compliance.
