Ministry of Defence in Corsham is seeking a proactive Enterprise Agreement Finance Manager (Inside IR35) to support the Cisco EA across Defence Digital. The role involves financial recovery modelling, funding mechanisms, and governance across finance, commercial, procurement and digital delivery teams.

• Active SC Clearance is essential.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting within a large organisation.
• Knowledge of financial journals and recharge mechanisms.
• Experience with procurement, commercial or contract management functions.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement financial recovery models for the Cisco Enterprise Agreement.
• Establish funding mechanisms, recharge processes, budget transfers and cost recovery arrangements.
• Monitor expenditure, income and performance against targets.
• Maintain forecasts, MI and governance reporting.
• Coordinate funding transfers and financial journals for EA payments.
• Track and reconcile EA consumption and funding allocations.
• Support compliant purchasing processes with procurement teams.
• Prepare financial reports and briefing materials for governance boards.
• Build relationships with internal finance, commercial, and delivery teams.
