Job summary

Experis UK in London is seeking a senior programme lead to consolidate a Top Secret digital workplace across four agencies into a single secure service model under a new TS contract. You will define the integration approach from bid stage through mobilisation and delivery, overseeing governance, risk, and multi‑agency collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance required.
• Experience consolidating digital workplace services across multiple agencies.
• Delivery from bid through mobilisation, transition, and BAU handover.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi‑agency programmes with governance and assurance.

Responsibilities

• Own the transition and transformation approach, including TOM and governance.
• Shape the solution and commercial model with Architects, Finance and Legal.
• Lead executive stakeholder engagement and risk assessment.
• Lead cross‑functional programme spanning workplace tech, service operations, cyber assurance, identity and change.
• Deliver a consolidated SIAM-based operating model aligned to ITIL v4.
• Ensure security accreditation and TS compliance.
• Redesign service operations to improve automation and user experience.
• Run programme boards and design authorities with auditability.
