Job summary

Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is seeking a Digital Reviewer for a fixed-term role until July 2027. The role sits within the Central Digital Review Unit, supporting EMO investigations with digital evidence review, disclosure support, and eDiscovery services using EDT.

Strong regulatory, criminal or financial crime experience and SC clearance are essential. You will review digital material for relevance and confidentiality, advise case teams, and work with investigators to ensure defensible

Qualifications

Practical experience of investigations, litigation, evidence review or disclosure work within regulatory or financial crime environments.
Experience assessing large volumes of evidential material in regulatory or criminal contexts, preferably with an eDiscovery platform.
Current Security Clearance (SC) level vetting.
Ability to assess large and complex digital evidence accurately, with sound judgement.
Organising and prioritising work, delivering outputs to timescales.
Understanding disclosure principles and CPIA 1996.

Responsibilities

Review and assess digital material for relevance, evidential value, disclosure issues, privilege and confidentiality across investigations.
Work with investigation teams to understand case objectives and recommend proportionate review approaches.
Apply judgement to large data sets, identify material issues and escalation needs.
Advise and support case teams in using the EDT effectively.
