Job summary

Financial Conduct Authority is recruiting a Digital Reviewer for an FTC until July 2027. Based in the UK, this role supports Enforcement Intelligence and Specialist Services with digital evidence review using the EDT across regulatory investigations.

Qualifications

Experience in investigations, litigation, evidence review or disclosure in regulatory, criminal, civil, or complex financial crime environments.
Experience assessing large volumes of evidential material under CPIA guidelines, preferably with an eDiscovery platform.
Current Security Clearance (SC) level vetting.

Responsibilities

Review digital material for relevance, evidential value, disclosure issues, privilege and confidentiality across investigations.
Collaborate with investigation teams to define case objectives and recommend proportionate eDiscovery approaches.
Apply sound judgement to large data sets, identify material issues, risks and escalation needs.
Advise and support case teams in effective use of the EDT.
