Job summary

Sanderson Government and Defence seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead planning, delivery and continuous improvement of Digital Engineering demonstrations for a major defence programme. The role focuses on interoperability, Digital Thread capabilities and validating cutting-edge technologies across complex environments.

You will work with engineering, IT and product teams to design demonstrations, manage backlogs and drive innovation, with hybrid work in Reading and essential SC

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance is essential.
• Minimum 5 years in Delivery Manager or similar role in Defence/Aerospace.
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Digital Engineering capability demonstrations.
• Develop roadmaps, delivery plans and backlogs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, IT and Digital Engineering.
• Deliver proofs-of-concept and technical demonstrations.
