Job summary

Capgemini is expanding its architecture capability for one of our largest UK Public Sector clients. In this role, you will help to shape and deliver data and analytics solutions that directly support client priorities: improving efficiency, maximising revenues, reducing fraud and responding rapidly to policy challenges.

We are looking for Data Architects with a specialism in data-related technologies who can operate across the full data lifecycle and design enterprise-level data architecture for

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing enterprise data architectures across diverse tech stacks.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tooling and data governance.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, analytics, and reporting concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud, on-prem, and hybrid data environments.

Responsibilities

• Design data architectures ensuring data is trusted, secure and fit for purpose.
• Own end-to-end solution design from data sources to consumption.
• Provide governance and direction on AI and analytics platform adoption.
• Lead architecture development for complex data solutions including ETL/ELT, storage and pipelines.
• Advise on best practices across data warehouse, data lake and governance tooling.
• Manage client requirements and deliverables within architecture governance processes.
• Guide solution development and maintain technical oversight across lifecycle stages.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders.
