SR2 is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst with SC clearance to support the final phase of a performance management programme within a large government data environment. You will collaborate with Data Owners, Category Leads, and technical specialists to enhance KPIs and develop insightful dashboards.

Competenze

• Experience in complex data environments or technology programmes.
• Active SC clearance or eligible to obtain one.
• Ability to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Data Owners and Category Leads to define, validate, and refine KPIs and metrics across multiple data categories, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Analyze existing data sources to assess quality, availability, and relevance, identifying gaps and establishing requirements for new or improved metrics.
• Translate complex business and performance requirements into clear, actionable specifications for dashboard development, data pipelines, and automated reporting systems.
• Review and evaluate dashboard outputs, recommending enhancements to usability, visual clarity, and insightfulness to support decision-making processes.
• Support the testing and validation of new data sources, metrics, and automated reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Assist in performance review forums by translating data insights into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, governance teams, and technical specialists, to ensure seamless delivery and integration of performance management solutions.
