Protection Adviser

Job Title: Protection Adviser

Location: Remote (Must be UK Based and will require occasional travel to Colchester, Peterborough, or Wakefield offices)

Rewards: Basic salary of £25,000 plus commission OTE £45K - £50K

Hours: Mon-Fri, three early shifts 9am-6pm and two late shifts 11am-8pm

In 2023, we processed over 15,000 mortgage applications. Our teams have extensive knowledge of mortgage products tailored to the new homes market and established relationships with key lenders. Protection Adviser Responsibilities

• Manage customers’ protection applications proactively, maintaining regular contact and delivering excellent customer service.
• Offer protection advice, ideally holding a CeMAP 1 qualification, though not essential.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Retain existing protection policies.
• Minimize cancellations of protection policies.
• Arrange suitable protection policies based on customer needs.
• Identify and fulfill protection needs for customers without current protection arrangements.
