Job summary

RUBIX UK is seeking a flexible shopfloor/operator to support bespoke aluminium profile production. You will handle profile cutting to length on a Digital Saw and manage material picking to match order requirements.

No prior experience is required, though a background in this area is helpful. Roles include material restocking, maintaining a tidy workstation, and working with a close-knit team to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• No experience required but a background in this area would be useful.
• Physical lifting and material handling may be required.
• Ability to stay organized and work independently but also in a team environment.
• Maintaining a clean work area and assisting in basic shopfloor duties.

Responsibilities

• Handle profile and cut to length on a Digital Saw.
• Process orders and ensure correct material is picked and cut to the required length.
• Restock material onto racking – physical lifting will be required.
• Training on machinery will be provided.
• Work both independently and as part of a small team to meet production needs.

Key Responsibilities, Main Tasks & Deliverables

• Working for an established Aluminium profile company who design and manufacture bespoke products throughout various industries.
• Duties would involve handling profile and cutting to length on a Digital Saw
• Processing orders and ensuring correct material is picked and cut to the required length
• Training on machinery will be provided - No experience necessary but a background in this area would be useful
• Restocking of material on to racking- Physical lifting will be required
