We are delighted to be working with a successful and established distribution company based in Avonmouth, who are recruiting for a Saw Operative on a permanent basis, to work on a rotational shift pattern or night shifts.

The Saw Operative will require experience operating saw machines (Metal Saw or Tyro), AND a counterbalance/reach forklift licence.

The salary on offer for the rotational shift pattern is £24,901 basic + £15 daily shift allowance (approximately £28,411 per annum).

The salary on offer for the night shift is £24,901 basic + £25 daily shift allowance (approximately £30,751 per annum).

This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

The Saw Operative will report to the Production Supervisor, and your main responsibilities will be to operate saw machines, move stock throughout the warehouse, and operate forklifts.

It’s imperative that you’re able to follow health and safety guidelines and work well within a team.
