As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to women and their babies. You’ll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team (MDT), all committed to enhancing the wellbeing of those who choose our maternity services.

The position requires flexibility as you will cover both sites and may attend external events and meetings, expanding your professional network and knowledge while positively impacting patient care.

We seek highly motivated midwives enthusiastic about improving maternity care. Your collaboration skills and passion for excellence will directly contribute to our goal of providing top-tier care to families in our community.

If you’re ready to be part of an inspiring team dedicated to saving lives and creating brighter beginnings, we want to hear from you.

Apply now and start your rewarding journey with us at The Royal Oldham Hospital and Rochdale Infirmary.

We are looking for a dedicated professional to support our team in implementing, improving, and monitoring our care bundle and related workstreams within Maternity Services. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating positive change and ensuring compliance with national and local standards.

Expect a dynamic work week filled with variety! You will need to adapt quickly to changing demands and manage priorities effectively, making diary management a key skill.

You will also complete a 7.5-hour clinical shift, allowing direct engagement in patient care within your chosen clinical environment.

If you are enthusiastic about making a difference in maternal healthcare and thrive in an evolving work setting, we’d love to have you on our team! Join us in our mission to provide exceptional care to families in our community.
