A leading NHS Trust in London is seeking an experienced midwife to lead the implementation of the Saving Babies Lives Care Bundle (SBLCBv3). Candidates should have a philosophy of woman-centred care, excellent communication skills, and significant midwifery experience, particularly at Band 6. Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced midwife to lead on the implementation of the Saving Babies Lives Care Bundle version 3 (SBLCBv3). We are looking for a midwife who has experience of implementing and managing a programme with key deliverables. The midwife must have excellent communication skills, work well under pressure and be able to prioritise work to timescales. We are working towards continuous development of our services to meet the maternity transformation agenda and this role is key. The midwife must have a philosophy of woman-centred care and good knowledge of the SBLCBv3.
