Overview

Sausage Team Leader wanted in Bury St Edmunds.

Pay: £13.04 per hour (rising with experience)

Hours: 2.30pm to 11pm

Days: Monday to Friday

Job Title: Sausage Production Team Leader

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production room staff and ensure that targets are met
  • Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet quality standards
  • Train and supervise production workers, ensuring that they are following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain production records and report any issues to management
  • Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and that any issues are reported immediately
  • Ensure that the production area is clean and organized at all times
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Qualifications
