Job Title: Saturday Sales Consultant

Location: Headington

Salary: up to £5,408 OTE

Hours: Saturdays 9am to 4pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Sales Consultant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring properties are secure after viewings.
  • Report on any need for repairs or lack of security at properties, returning keys immediately after each showing.
  • Qualify applicants to assess their financial status prior to arranging viewings.
  • Promote Properties and services effectively to achieve targets.
  • Feed back to the relevant managers / consultants on applicants’ needs and add notes to our in-house systems.

  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
