You are the first point of contact for every customer. Welcoming them in, understanding how they are feeling, and making sure they have a great experience. You’ll know that first impressions count.You’ll work side by side with every team member and build trust through your efficiency, accuracy, and people skills. You’ll be a great communicator. Able to talk clearly and calmly with every patient both in person and over the phone.
