Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners seeks a newly qualified dentist for Abbotswood practice in Yate, Bristol. The FD+1 Scheme offers real-world learning and expert support to succeed in NHS and Private dentistry.

With autonomy and mentorship, you’ll treat patients across a four-surgery site. Invisalign and implants are available, plus free onsite parking, and ongoing CPD and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• You have completed Foundation Dentist year (DFT/DCT) and are eligible for registration.
• Proactive lifelong learner with strong clinical curiosity and initiative.
• Familiarity with NHS and Private dentistry environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care across multiple surgeries with clinical autonomy.
• Engage in structured training, mentorship sessions and online check-ins.
• Participate in CPD activities and career development opportunities.
