We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and guest-focused Key Holder to join our cafe and retail team in Gloucester Quays. You’ll engage with our guests to showcase our products in a warm and personable manner, ensuring an amazing experience through excellent product and brand knowledge.

What You’ll be doing:

  1. Welcoming our customers and providing excellent service during their visit.
  2. Managing tills and queues, including processing transactions, refunds, and exchanges, and responding to customer feedback.
  3. Learning about our range of products, including sales, cocoa cultivation, manufacturing, allergens, and our sustainability and ethics commitments.
  4. Running tasting sessions and product demonstrations.
  5. Supporting with deliveries and stock management, keeping the delivery area tidy and adhering to health and safety guidelines, and maintaining the store and café appearance.
  6. If applicable, preparing hot and cold drinks, ice creams, and snacks following our guidelines, standards, and allergen, quality, and safety protocols.

You don’t need retail experience to work here; however, we ask that you commit to being a true brand ambassador and support the success of the store and your team.
