Saturday Farm Projects Assistant (working alternate Saturdays)

Bath City Farm are looking for a Saturday Farm Projects Assistant to support the smooth running of the Farm on Saturdays, including helping to deliver farm clubs for children and young people.

The role includes looking after farm animals, delivering birthday parties and other events, supporting staff in the Roots to Work Cafe, and carrying out practical animal care and general farm duties.

The ideal candidate is an organised, reliable, and caring individual with experience working with children and young people, and confidence to work with farm animals. Great customer service and strong communication skills are also required.

Key Information

Working 7.5 hours/fortnight on alternate Saturdays (9am to 5pm), with a fixed term contract for 12 months. The Full Time Equivalent salary is £25,919 (£2,592 for 7.5 hours/fortnight).
