Oaklands Dental Surgery is a family-owned dentist in Preston that has been providing NHS, Private and Cosmetic dentistry for almost 30 years. We have a stable team of dental staff, who have been working together for many years, providing our patients with continued high-quality dental care.

All our dentists pride themselves on continually evolving and enhancing their clinical skills so that patients can feel confident that they are receiving the best treatment with the most up-to-date equipment, materials, and techniques. As a practice, we continually strive to provide quality dentistry in a warm, caring environment.

What is it like being a Hygienist at Rodericks Dental Partners?

As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll be the caring and empathetic specialist on dental hygiene. This is

such a key role as we expand our reach and grow our services. From preventing and treating

periodontal disease and promoting good oral health, you’ll be the community authority that

existing patients trust, and new patients want to know. You’ll be part of a team that is committed to expanding the patient numbers and you’ll be supported by your team at the practice and by the clinical team who are always there to help you.

Improving lives through quality dentistry – together.

At Rodericks Dental Partners we are committed to improving lives through quality dentistry

– together. We do this by ensuring we reward you financially and personally as you develop

your career by offering you great incentives, recognition, and opportunities.

Genuine career progression

With your existing skills and experience, you’ll play a key role in the provision of quality dentistry

in your community. And your focus on report accuracy, your understanding of the latest

techniques and your ambitions for better will help you develop in your role and beyond.

Talented, purpose-driven people

We have the most experienced leaders in the sector. And the people who run our business,

genuinely understand, and are passionate about, dentistry. We believe that our reputation

is only as good as the people who work here. That’s why we want to create an environment

where people thrive, succeed, grow, and win together. We are a ‘progress from within’ culture,

with huge opportunities to move into Lead, Management or Specialist roles.

Clinically led care

Following the merger of two great dentist groups in 2022, we are now perfectly placed to build

on solid foundation and grow our footprint cross the UK. The clinical freedom we have allows

us to choose the right solution with each patient. If your ambition is to grow your skills and

career, talk to us.

Community focus

Everyone is empowered to increase access to care locally. And individual practices are given

the freedom to do what is right for their local communities and promote oral health through

local education. Working with the team, you’ll help every patient in your community understand

the options they have for treatment. And your passion for excellence within the team will be

seen in the way you role-model and lead by example.

‘Win-together’ rewards

We have a rewarding pay-structure and a range of ‘‘Win together’ rewards that recognise

individual and team performance. And our focus on supporting life outside of work

demonstrates our commitment to everyone and our recognition for their life pressures.

Our flexibility is a key focus area and supports people with their commitments to childcare

and other forms of care.
