What you’ll get:

What you’ll do:
  1. Handle customer concerns and queries.
  2. Liaise with customers, drivers and internal departments to resolve issues.
  3. Answer phone calls and provide a friendly welcome to customers on reception.
  4. Perform general admin duties using various UPS systems.
  5. Work a shift from 8 am to 5 pm, with a lunch break.
What you’ll need:
  1. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  2. Basic knowledge of Windows applications.
  3. An excellent telephone manner.
  4. The ability to work well under pressure, often to strict deadlines.
  5. The flexibility to cope with changing duties and priorities – often at short notice.
