Role Overview

As a Costa Barista, you'll craft and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, provide excellent customer service, and work as part of a team to maintain store standards. Starting pay is £12.00-13.00 per hour, depending on location.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing coffee and beverages to company standards
2. Serving customers with a friendly attitude
3. Learning about Costa products including teas, frappes, and seasonal ranges
4. Maintaining store health, safety, and cleanliness standards
5. Engaging with team members and customers to create a positive environment
