Role: Associate Dentist - Saturdays

Location: Gentle Dental Worcester, 26 London Road, Worcester, WR5 2DL

Schedule: Saturdays, 9am–1pm

About the practice

Welcome to Gentle Dental Worcester, a four-surgery site located close to local shops, restaurants and gym. The surgeries are spacious with natural lighting and equipped with the latest technology. You will join an experienced team of Dentists and a Practice Manager, offering you opportunities to develop your private treatment repertoire and grow with the practice.

About the group

Rodericks Dental Partners operates NHS and private practices with a focus on quality dentistry and career development. The group provides peer-to-peer support from Clinical Advisors, opportunities to undertake CPD, and a clear structure to support clinical and operational success across the network.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality dentistry to a diverse patient base as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Work collaboratively with orthodontists, endodontists, periodontists and implantologists when needed.
  • Engage in patient education and provide options for treatment aligned with patient needs.
  • Contribute to achieving UDA targets and participate in practice operational activities with support from the Practice Manager.
  • Access planned CPD and pursue upskilling opportunities to expand clinical capabilities.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Qualified Dentist with the ability to practise within relevant regulatory standards.
  • Willingness to participate in private dentistry development and patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
