You will report to our Branch Director.

Responsibilities of a Saturday assistant include:

1. Communicating with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face, maintaining company standards.
2. Using and maintaining the branch’s online diary as required.
3. Communicating with third-party companies when necessary.
4. Providing high levels of customer service.
