Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited, recruiting on behalf of our client, invites applications for a Satellite Systems Test Manager based in Portsmouth on a contract.

You will lead test definition, develop IVV strategy, and train engineers while ensuring delivery on time and to budget.

The role requires ISTQB Advanced and Prince2 Practitioner, with knowledge of satellite communications.

Qualifications

• Advanced ISTQB certification in software testing preferred.
• Prince2 Practitioner certification preferred.
• Formal training in project planning tools.
• Knowledge of the satellite communications domain.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate deliverables to standards defined in the BMS and specs.
• Maintain awareness of industry developments and liaise with Engineering Management.
• Produce test strategies/plans to minimize risk and meet requirements.
• Advise on System Reference Model and test environments.
• Oversee defect management and end-to-end testing.
