Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SASE Sales Leader to lead our sales organization in delivering innovative SASE solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SASE and SSE technologies, including Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). This individual will drive the EMEA sales strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and customer needs.

Networking & Executives:

Manage a team of SASE sales professionals, set direction, manage deliverables, and achieve revenue and expense objectives. Build strategic relationships externally with clients and internally within the company. Manage individual and team performance, and develop talent within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for business growth, market share, and revenue increases.
  • Coordinate all sales activities within the area of control.
  • Set quotas and goals for the sales organization.
  • Develop tactics to generate new sales.
  • Contribute to overall sales strategy, pipeline management, and process discipline.
  • Ensure optimal sales coverage through direct and partner channels.
  • Develop sales resources and management talent to support future growth.
  • Build lasting, consultative relationships with customers.
  • Lead change management initiatives.
  • Coach and support sales teams in developing key account opportunities.
  • Use Account Business Planning to identify growth opportunities.
  • Enhance solution selling capabilities to differentiate offerings.
  • Ensure resource deployment supports end-to-end sales support.
  • Engage with industry and community leadership.
  • Leverage global sales teams and partners to maximize product and technology offerings.
  • Manage resource planning, staffing, and pursuit of opportunities.
  • Balance short-term and long-term planning.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in applying technology to business problems.
  • Create a performance-driven sales culture.
Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years leading sales teams.
  • Experience leading organizations of 50+ people.
  • 15+ years in sales, with 3+ years in SASE/SSE technologies.
  • Proven success in SaaS/subscription sales and business growth.
