Location: Swindon SARC, The Gables, Shrivenham Road

Salary: £24,956 per annum rising to £25,350 per annum on successful completion of probation

The Role

The Swindon Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) is looking for a full time office based coordinator to support the smooth running of the Service. The post holder will work alongside and support the SARC Manager and SARC Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Central point of contact for the Leadership of the service
  • Day to day co-ordination and delivery of all administration duties
  • Taking calls and liaising with clients and professionals
  • Completing follow up calls
  • Processing cases and referrals
  • Managing emails and all other correspondence
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ensuring that the information provided is of the highest quality and that both clients and operational staff needs are met
Skills And Qualifications
  • English Language and Mathematics GCSE or equivalent grade C or above
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience and ability to design, maintain and develop administrative systems and spreadsheets / databases
  • Affinity with ethos of the charity (Living in a society free from Sexual Violence)
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt according to the needs of the service
