Role Title: Principal Consultant

Detailed Job Description:

Profound experience with full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA SD, including multi-country rollouts.
Complete knowledge of integration with other modules (MM, FI, PP, WM).
Prior experience in implementations, rollouts, and support in SAP SD on large international projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, documentation, and deployment support.
Lead Fit to Standard workshops with customers, document fits and potential gaps.
Advise clients on O2C transformation, develop implementation strategies, and drive value creation using SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Change and Release Management, Configuration Management, Test Management, and Service Delivery teams to meet SLAs and coordinate with downstream systems.
Work with business teams to understand requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure business processes accordingly.
Design interfaces with third-party applications, address data migration, integration, and extensibility needs.
Good knowledge of O2C processes (Commercial, Sample, Free of Charge), third-party sales, intercompany sales, pricing, credit management, settlement management, listing/exclusion, ATP, logistics execution (routes, shipments).
Define analytics strategies for relevant reports and insights.
Identify improvement potentials in continuous operations, with knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud and Logistics Modules.
Understand extensibility options of SAP S/4HANA.

Skills / Competencies:

- Experience in design, configuration, and development in Vistex Technologies, including incentives and paybacks.
- SAP pricing design and configuration experience; at least one full lifecycle Vistex implementation (techno-functional).
- Broad ABAP experience including Data Dictionary, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, IDOC, Enhancements, User Exits, LSMW, Performance Tuning, Function Modules.
- Knowledge of Vistex Data Objects, Master Data, and Archiving is preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in Vistex areas like agreements, pricing, and composites.
- Good knowledge of integration points between Vistex, SAP SD (pricing), and FI.
- Experience with Vistex applications such as status profile configuration, activity templates.
- Knowledge of Vistex Fiori configuration and related RFC classes.

Preferred:

SAP configuration experience in one or more modules is a plus.
Experience leading teams or managing Vistex consulting projects is desirable.
Strong scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, and build experience; excellent communication skills.
Multilingual proficiency, with fluent English required.
Full lifecycle experience in multiple SAP projects, including enhancements, rollouts, and implementations.
Strong techno-functional skills and a team player attitude.
