You will be responsible for the handover of a multi-module SAP landscape into business-as-usual operations. Key tasks include defining the operating model, creating detailed transition plans, and leading knowledge-transfer activities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Finance, along with strong project management skills. This position offers a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office for the first few months, transitioning to 3 days per week.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transition Lead to handover a multi‑module SAP landscape into Business‑as‑Usual (BAU). The focus will be on ensuring a controlled transition from project/delivery mode to stable, scalable operational support for SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Ariba, and SAP Cloud ALM.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the BAU operating model for SF, S/4HANA Finance, Ariba, and SAP Cloud ALM, aligned to enterprise ITSM and business needs.
• Create and maintain a detailed transition plan and timeline covering cutover, hyper‑care, and knowledge‑transfer milestones.
• Design runbooks, operational playbooks, support procedures, escalation matrices, and SLA definitions for each solution area.
• Lead end‑to‑end knowledge‑transfer activities: documentation handover, shadowing, workshops, and competency validation for BAU teams and external service providers.
• Coordinate with project teams, integrators, infrastructure, security, and application support to ensure production readiness (interfaces, jobs, batch schedules, authorizations, transports).
• Implement and configure SAP Cloud ALM to support monitoring, alerting, business‑process observation, test management, and deployment tracking during hyper‑care and ongoing BAU.
• Manage hyper‑care and stabilization phase: organise rosters, troubleshoot critical incidents, prioritise fixes and migrations to permanent fixes, and ensure smooth SLA achievement.
• Establish governance forums for ongoing issue tracking, release cadence, change control, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure test coverage, cutover rehearsals, and data‑reconciliation activities are completed prior to go‑live.
