Job summary

Akkodis seeks a Training Lead/Senior Trainer for an onsite role in Broughton, North Wales, starting April 2027 for 12 months plus extensions. This assignment is part of an active Akkodis bid; successful candidates may support client discussions and final presentations.

You will deliver SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing/PP training, with focus on Production Planning, MM/QM, BOM/configuration, MES integration, and aerospace contexts. Strong classroom delivery and Train-the-Trainer skills are required.

Qualifications

• SAP-certified Senior Trainer with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing/PP expertise.
• Cross-functional experience across MM and/or QM.
• Proven experience in professional classroom training and Train-the-Trainer.
• Experience in complex manufacturing, BOM/configuration/effectivity, MES/shop-floor integration and aerospace environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom training delivery and trainer readiness.
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions for client teams.
• Support bid process and client discussions as required.
• Collaborate with Akkodis delivery team during deployment.

Training Lead/Senior Trainer
SAP-certified Senior Trainer with primary SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing/Production Planning (PP) expertise and demonstrable cross-functional experience across Materials Management (MM) and/or Quality Management (QM). Strong experience in professional classroom training, Train-the-Trainer and trainer quality/readiness is required. Experience of complex manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, BOM/configuration/effectivity, MES/shop-floor integration and aerospace environments is highly desirable.

Important: Bid-Stage Opportunity

This role forms part of an active Akkodis consulting bid and is subject to the successful outcome of the bid process. We are currently identifying suitable contractors to form the proposed delivery team for an April 2027 start. If successful, you would be expected to take up the contract and work as part of the Akkodis delivery team supporting the client. Shortlisted candidates may also be asked to support a final client presentation or solution discussion as part of the bid. This would be discussed with you in advance and agreed before proceeding.
