Position

We are looking for a talented SAP Test Lead. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end testing lifecycle for SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts. You will work closely with project managers, functional and technical consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management for SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules).
• Define and manage test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios (including SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into effective test cases.
• Manage offshore and onshore test teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Drive the use of test automation tools and frameworks where applicable.
• Track and report testing metrics, risks, and issues to project leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal QA policies, industry standards, and client requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A Proven experience (10+ years) as a Test Lead in SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with testing SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, and/or S/4HANA.
• Experience in SAP test automation tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, HP ALM, Worksoft, or similar).
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage testing teams (onshore/offshore).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within consulting or client-facing environments is highly desirable.
• Working experience in Supports tools & maintaining customer SLA.
• SAP PM System monitoring for any Abnormality / Early warning.
• Should be able to provide Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Ad hoc reports.
• Good in MS office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

Desirable Qualifications

• ISTQB Certified (or equivalent testing certifications)
• SAP certification(s)
• Experience with non-SAP integration testing (e.g., Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Workday)
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, finance, utilities)

Preferences:

• Experience in Oil & Gas
• Exposure to Winshuttle / Prometheus / RPA
• Experience in SAP PS (Project system)
