Qualifications

• Experience managing or mentoring technical teams.
• The ability to plan team skill development aligned to future SAP direction.
• A collaborative approach to working with Hosting, Basis, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience overseeing licensing compliance, audit controls, and cost management.
