SAP Supply Chain Data Migration Expert

Whitehall Resources is seeking a SAP Supply Chain Data Migration Expert based in Cheshire for an initial 12-month contract.

We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Data Migration Expert with expertise in SAP Integrated Clinical Supply Management (ICSM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in migrating both structured and unstructured clinical data, with a focus on clinical supply chain data migration.

This role requires proficiency in source to target mappings, data design, information architecture, relevancy rules, harmonization, and data consolidation. Leadership skills are essential, as the candidate will act as the Data SME and guide data migration teams within the clinical supply chain domain.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead the migration of clinical supply chain data to the SAP ICSM platform, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
2. Develop and implement data migration strategies, plans, and processes for both structured and unstructured clinical data.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data migration requirements.
4. Design and implement source to target mappings to ensure seamless data transition and transformation.
5. Establish and enforce data relevancy rules, harmonization, and consolidation to support clinical supply chain processes.
6. Utilize ETL tools such as Syniti ADM or similar platforms to facilitate efficient data migration.
7. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues to minimize business disruption.
9. Document data migration processes, methodologies, and best practices for future reference.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP data migration within the clinical supply chain domain.
• Experience working with the SAP ICSM module.
• Hands-on experience migrating structured and unstructured clinical data.
• Proficiency with ETL tools like Syniti ADM or similar.
• Strong understanding of source to target mappings, data design, and information architecture.
• Experience with data relevancy rules, harmonization, and consolidation.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in relevant domains such as Pharma, R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, etc.

• Strong written and verbal communication, business analysis, and consultancy skills.
