Job description

SAP/ Supply Chain Administrator

Location: Scarborough, UK

Remuneration: £12.21 per hour

Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and Resolve Errors: Investigate and resolve errors in COGI and CO27 SAP transactions to ensure operational efficiency.
  2. WMS Functions: Manage 999 errors, track replenishment, generate transfer orders, and oversee first-time delivery clearing.
  3. Warehouse Stock Control: Supervise stock removal by Waterspiders to maintain inventory accuracy.
  4. 3PL Coordination: Coordinate stock movements with third-party logistics providers.
  5. Master Data Updates: Keep SAP Master Data current and accurate.
  6. LDS Requests Management: Monitor and handle LDS requests efficiently.
  7. KPI Monitoring: Track and report KPIs, sharing insights with warehouse team leaders and Waterspiders.
  8. Delivery Record Maintenance: Document deliveries that cannot be booked and collaborate with upstream teams for resolution.
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience; SAP experience is advantageous.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
  3. Accurate and efficient work ethic.
  4. Flexibility to meet deadlines, including potential extended hours.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Motivated and eager to learn.
  7. Reliable attendance and dependability.
