Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR transformation and SAP SuccessFactors programmes, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Partner with senior HR, business and technology stakeholders to define HR operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Provide subject matter expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules, guiding solution design, configuration and implementation.
