Job Description:
Here at DXC Technology we continue to significantly expand our SAP business across the UK and Europe. We are actively looking for SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our growing team. If you're passionate about engaging in the full lifecycle of SAP projects—from initial sales engagement to project delivery, this role could be perfect for you. You'll be working with clients across multiple industries in the UK and Europe, applying your subject matter expertise to help deliver value-driven SAP solutions.
As a virtual-first company, you will work primarily from home, with minimal travel requirements. We focus on three core drivers of growth: People, Customers, and Operational Execution—the foundation of our business and where we invest heavily.
Due to our clients’ security requirements British Nationals are preferred; we may consider other candidates on exceptional situations.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to lead enterprise-wide HR technology transformations. This role requires a strategic mindset, deep technical and functional expertise, and strong leadership to drive SAP SuccessFactors implementations and business alignment.
As a key leader, you will define HR digital roadmaps, manage large-scale projects, and work with executives to optimize HRIS solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors, stakeholder management, project governance, and team leadership; understand the client's context and requirements across various stages (pre-RfP, RfP, Proposal, and post-RfP); validate opportunities by aligning business challenges, current technology architecture, and project scope with DXC’s capabilities and offerings.
