As an Applications Consultant in Capgemini’s award-winning SuccessFactors Practice, you will contribute to the delivery of large-scale, complex SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations for diverse clients. Your role

• Implement innovative, robust SAP SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on Employee Central and Employee Central Service Centre.
• Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements and translating them into system configurations.
• Learn and apply SAP best practices and stay updated on SuccessFactors roadmap developments.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams in a flexible delivery model.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team documentation.
• Support the preparation of client presentations, demos, and pre-sales materials.
• Begin building a professional network within Capgemini, with clients, and SAP partners.

Your Security Clearance
