Required• Experience of related Human Resources process experience. Prior experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, /Time off /Time Management application / Performance management /Learning management /compensation/Onboarding/RCM with Consulting background.• Good communications skills and able to demonstrate leading and mentoring teams within a Global Delivery Model.• Willing to submit personal data for specific Background Check/Validation for Finance and Government Sector clients.
