A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. The role will involve managing projects related to Recruiting and Onboarding modules, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact solutions. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in SAP implementations, strong technical skills in HRIS, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for providing support and delivering projects related to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding. This includes managing project goals, defining and implementing project management guidelines, overseeing timelines, scope, risks, budgets, and ensuring quality delivery. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in line with business needs and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation & Delivery

· Lead and contribute to the implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.

· Conduct user requirements gathering, system analysis, and participate in solution planning, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

· Define technology roadmaps and align SAP solutions accordingly.

· Develop and review project documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and quality benchmarks.

· Support procurement activities such as drafting specifications, evaluating vendors, and managing contracts.

· Liaise with internal users to gather feedback and ensure smooth project execution.

· Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality delivery of contracted services or solutions.

· Coordinate integration efforts with other IT systems as necessary.

System Maintenance & Support

· Serve as the main point of contact for maintenance and support of assigned applications, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

· Oversee bug fixes, enhancements, troubleshooting, and user support activities.

· Maintain system documentation and ensure alignment with audit and security policies.

· Conduct data and systems analysis to identify and resolve application logic issues.

· Manage audit queries and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements.

· Foster strong working relationships with users and vendors to ensure effective support operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Certifications

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

· SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Recruiting and Onboarding are mandatory.

· Certification in PMP or SAP Activate is an added advantage.

Experience

· Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors implementation (Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central).

· Proven experience managing large-scale SAP HRIS projects, from planning to delivery and support.

Technical Skills

· Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Integration Center, and People Analytics.

· Familiarity with related technologies and platforms such as OpenText ECM, OpenText PowerDocs, DocuSign integration, SAP BTP, and Fiori is advantageous.

· Understanding of HR business domains, particularly recruitment and onboarding processes.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

· Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively within teams.

Preferred

· Experience working in the Higher Education sector is a strong plus.
