Description

In the role of SAP Strategy and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for helping customers identify the right strategy for their SAP environment, and design and oversee a modernization roadmap.

This role involves strategic sales planning, business development, customer relationship management, and ensuring successful customer outcomes across a specific set of accounts or coverage area.

You will work closely with senior executives, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, drive growth, and collaborate with country sales teams and consulting delivery managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Customer engagements: Understand customer challenges, diagnose requirements, and develop innovative SAP solutions, including strategy, technology, migration, and management changes. Experience in RFP, RFI, and proposal solutioning is required.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and expand the SAP portfolio, including solutions from ECC to SAP S/4HANA RISE.
  • Financial acumen: Oversee financial planning of proposals, ensure profitable delivery, and meet revenue targets.
  • Service delivery: Ensure successful SAP service signings and delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

Who You Are

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP platform and solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, RISE, BTP, Ariba, MDG, and related technologies.
  • Understanding of SAP product strategy and functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, etc.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of financial management, business development, and market dynamics.
  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • Experience with SAP integrations, SAP Activate Methodology, and industry-specific SAP solutions.
  • Experience with multi-cloud development for large enterprises.
  • Knowledge of agile development processes.
