Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a senior SAP Source-to-Pay leader to drive end-to-end procurement transformations across SAP ECC/S/4HANA programmes. You will partner with finance, supply chain and operations leaders to redesign processes and operating models, leveraging SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network for integrated solutions.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape strategic pursuits, and mentor consultants while delivering measurable business outcomes and value for clients in a fast-paced consulting

Qualifications

• Led Source-to-Pay or Procurement workstreams across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong SAP procurement knowledge across MM and Procurement; ideally Ariba/Business Network.
• Experience across multiple S2P capabilities: strategic sourcing, supplier management, contracting, procurement, inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead Source-to-Pay workstreams across SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes with cross-functional leaders.
• Shape and deliver integrated SAP Source-to-Pay solutions including procurement processes and operating models.
• Integrate SAP procurement with Ariba and SAP Business Network to align with best practice.
• Lead design decisions, manage trade-offs, and align stakeholders around practical solutions.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Lead Source-to-Pay workstreams across complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations leaders to redesign end-to-end procurement processes and operating models.
• Shape and deliver integrated SAP Source-to-Pay solutions spanning strategic sourcing, supplier management, contracting, purchasing, catalogue and guided buying, inventory and materials management, invoice management and supplier collaboration.
• Bring together SAP S/4HANA procurement capabilities with the wider SAP procurement ecosystem, including SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network, to create scalable, integrated solutions aligned to SAP best practice and clean-core principles.
• Act as a senior solution lead across S2P design decisions, managing process, technology and integration trade-offs while aligning client stakeholders around practical, future-ready solutions.
• Facilitate business design and transformation workshops, translating procurement strategy, operating model and business requirements into practical, future-ready processes and SAP-enabled solutions.
• Own the design of key S2P integration points across Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Tax and Data, including requisition-to-order, goods receipt, service entry, invoice verification, GR/IR, account determination, inventory postings and supplier collaboration hand-offs.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Finance, Business Change, Data, AI and Technology teams to ensure Source-to-Pay transformation is integrated across the wider enterprise and delivers measurable business outcomes.
• Help clients unlock the value of SAP Business AI, Joule, automation and intelligent procurement capabilities to improve sourcing, buying, supplier management, compliance and operational performance.
• Support strategic pursuits through discovery workshops, solution shaping, proposals, demonstrations and executive presentations, helping grow PwC's SAP Source-to-Pay proposition in the market.
• Lead and coach functional consultants whilst helping shape the continued growth of PwC's SAP Source-to-Pay capability within our wider Supply Chain practice.

The Role Is For You If

• You have successfully led Source-to-Pay or Procurement workstreams across multiple end-to-end SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• You combine strong business process knowledge across Source-to-Pay with deep SAP procurement expertise, including SAP S/4HANA Materials Management and Procurement and, ideally, SAP Ariba and/or SAP Business Network.
• You have experience across several Source-to-Pay capabilities, such as strategic sourcing, supplier management, contracting, operational procurement, purchasing, inventory management, invoice management and supplier collaboration.
• You understand how Source-to-Pay connects across the wider supply chain and enterprise, including integration with Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics and Data.
• You understand SAP procurement best practice, clean-core principles and emerging capabilities including SAP Business AI, Joule and intelligent automation.
• You build trusted relationships with Chief Procurement Officers, Procurement Directors, Supply Chain leaders and senior business stakeholders, and can translate complex technology decisions into clear business outcomes.
• You enjoy leading multidisciplinary teams, developing future consultants and creating high-performing delivery teams.
• You have experience supporting business development through discovery engagements, RFP responses, solution shaping and executive presentations.
• You're passionate about helping organisations transform procurement and supply chain performance through SAP, AI and innovation.
