Job summary

PwC, a leading global professional services firm, seeks a Senior Manager in the Advisory line specialising in SAP AI. You will drive AI-enabled transformation programmes, lead cross-functional teams and work across Finance, Supply Chain and Human Capital to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will shape innovative SAP and AI solutions, partnering with Delivery Centres and PwC’s global network to accelerate value for clients and develop long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled SAP transformations.
• Experience with SAP Business AI, Joule, BTP, AI Foundation or related automation tech.
• Ability to coach and mentor multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams across SAP S/4HANA transformations delivering measurable business value.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and business teams to identify AI opportunities across Finance, Supply Chain and HR.
• Embed AI into delivery lifecycle including design, testing, migration and governance.
• Develop reusable AI assets and delivery accelerators for SAP practice.
• Support strategic pursuits with demos, PoCs, and client workshops.
• Coach project teams in applying AI to SAP projects.

What your days will look like:

• Lead AI workstreams across SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, designing and implementing SAP Business AI, Joule and AI‑enabled business solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Work with Solution Architects, Functional Leads and Business Change teams to identify where AI can improve business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital and Enterprise Transformation.
• Embed AI into the delivery lifecycle by developing intelligent approaches across solution design, testing, migration, documentation, PMO, Business Change and programme governance.
• Develop reusable AI‑enabled assets, prompts, accelerators and delivery methods that improve delivery quality, consistency and productivity across the SAP practice.
• Collaborate closely with our Delivery Centres and our wider global network to adopt proven AI capabilities, accelerators and leading practices, helping scale innovation across UK engagements.
• Support strategic pursuits through demonstrations, proof of concepts, discovery workshops and AI‑enabled solution shaping.
• Coach project teams in the practical application of AI whilst helping build AI capability across the wider SAP practice.

The role is for you if:

• You have hands‑on experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions, ideally within SAP transformation programmes.
• You have practical experience with SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), AI Foundation, Generative AI or intelligent automation technologies.
• You’re AI‑native and enjoy experimenting with emerging technologies to solve real business problems.
• You understand how AI can improve both business outcomes and the delivery of SAP transformation programmes.
• You enjoy developing reusable assets, accelerators and innovative delivery approaches.
• You have experience supporting pursuits, client workshops, demonstrations and proof of concepts.
• You enjoy working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, ETIC and PwC’s global network to accelerate innovation and delivery.
• You’re passionate about helping shape the future of SAP transformation through AI.
