What is the role?
Valcon UK is recruiting for an experienced SAP Solution Architect to join our growing Technology Sector team in Manchester. As an SAP Solution Architect, you will design, implement, and deliver SAP solutions that align with our clients’ business needs, playing a pivotal role in their digital transformations.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring seamless delivery of SAP solutions that enable long-term success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Define, design, and implement SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and integration with other enterprise systems, tailored to client requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align SAP solutions with strategic business objectives.
• Technical Leadership: Lead SAP implementation projects, providing guidance to delivery teams and ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Integration Expertise: Oversee the integration of SAP systems with other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Governance: Ensure governance standards are maintained, producing high-quality documentation, including solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize SAP environments for performance, scalability, and future growth.

Experience

• •Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementations.
• •Deep understanding of SAP modules, including FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and their integration points
• •Strong experience in SAP transformation projects, including upgrades, migrations, and greenfield implementations.
• •Proficiency in integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO, APIs, or third-party tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
• •Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., Activate, Agile, or Waterfall).
• •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• •TOGAF certification or similar architecture frameworks is a plus.
• •Experience in cloud integration and hybrid architectures is highly desirable
