Qualifications

About The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a SAP Service and Commerce Lead to work with the IT Enterprise Applications Team. The position will report to the Head of Enterprise Applications ANZ and will be focused on the SAP C4C and SAP Commerce solutions and integration with other applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support the SAP C4C & SAP Commerce environment including resolving support incidents / issues.
  • Gain a detailed understanding of the TTI SAP C4C & SAP Commerce solutions and the integration with other applications such as SAP ECC / Hana.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements and deliver functional solutions.
  • Provide solution recommendations / alternatives, estimates and specifications for proposed system changes in conjunction with developers and security resources.
  • Design, customize, configure and test SAP C4C and SAP Commerce Solutions.
  • Develop test plans, conduct testing and coordinate UAT and business sign-off of required changes.
  • Assist / control system testing requirements during implementation of system changes, support upgrades or other system changes which may affect the SAP C4C & SAP Commerce solutions.
  • Maintain all facets of system documentation including solution design, processes, work instructions, test documents and other related documents.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements.
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
To be successful you will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of SAP C4C & SAP Commerce experience in implementation and support BAU and Projects.
  • Minimum five (5) years of SAP experience in implementation and support BAU and Projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP C4C & SAP Commerce functionalities.
  • Hands-on configuration experience of SAP C4C & SAP Commerce.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Customer Service business processes in multiple industries.
  • Strong understanding of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
  • Presentation and training skills required.
  • Excellent analytical and lateral thinking skills.
